We want you to feel safe trying wereason. Here's exactly how refunds work for each thing you can buy.

Drop-in seminars

Every single seminar comes with a 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you attend and don't leave thinking differently, email us within 24 hours of the session and we'll refund every cent. You keep the recording and reading list either way.

Membership

You can cancel anytime — no fees, no hassle.
When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
We don't charge for unused time, but we also don't pro-rate or refund partial months once a billing period has started.

Academy cohorts

If a cohort doesn't fill, you pay nothing. A cohort runs only when it reaches its minimum enrollment (3 for the founding cohort). If it doesn't fill, every cent comes straight back to you, automatically — you risk nothing by reserving early.
Before it starts: if you change your mind before the first session, email us for a full refund.
After it starts: if the first session isn't what you hoped, email us within 24 hours of it and we'll refund you in full. After that point, because seats are capped and your place keeps someone else out, the cohort fee is non-refundable.

If we cancel

If we cancel a seminar or cohort you paid for and can't offer you a suitable replacement, you'll always receive a full refund.

How to request a refund

Just email wereasonclub@gmail.com with the email address you used to sign up and what you'd like refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
