This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Your email address, when you sign up for the schedule, a recording, membership, or a cohort.
Payment details, handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Things you share in a seminar — what you say and, if your camera is on, your video, during live sessions and any recording of them.
Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit (for example, general usage and device information).

How we use it

To run seminars and cohorts, send you the schedule, and give you access to recordings and reading lists.
To process payments and manage your membership.
To reply to you when you get in touch.

Recordings & promotional use

Seminars and cohorts may be recorded so participants can rewatch them and so we can share them with members. Recordings may also be used for promotional purposes — for example, clips or highlights used to show people what wereason is like.

You can ask not to appear in any promotional materials at any time, and that request will always be respected. Just email us (before or after a session) and we'll keep you out of anything public-facing. This doesn't affect your ability to take part — it only changes whether your image or voice shows up in promotion.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the services that help us operate:

Stripe — to process payments securely.
Formspree — to deliver the forms you submit on this site.
The video platform we use to host live seminars.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Ask to be excluded from promotional materials, as described above.
Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
